Client work is shown with the brand withheld — most of it is under NDA, and I would rather show what I did than whose logo was on it. Full case documentation, including process files and proof sheets, is available on request.
A professional amplifier and module range needed everything at once: a bilingual catalogue system, nineteen manuals, product renders, retail packaging artwork, silkscreen artwork for the enclosures, a website, and the marketing material to launch it. No agency, no junior, no budget for either.
I ran the programme end to end — scoping, scheduling, writing, layout, 3D, prepress, press liaison, web build and the promotion assets. Technical parameters were confirmed with the engineering team; everything else was produced in-house by one pair of hands.
Six months, one owner. Task breakdown, schedule, cross-department chasing for specs and approvals, version control across dozens of live files.
Brand story, quality claims, product messaging, and the architecture that made the catalogue and the site read as one voice in Chinese and English.
Grid, type scale and colour rules applied across print, screen and physical product, so that a catalogue page and a web page look like the same company.
641 pages of product documentation. Safety sections localised into Italian, French and Spanish alongside Chinese and English — which means holding a fixed legal text inside a template that has to absorb German-length expansion without breaking.
Product models built from engineering drawings, then lit and rendered for catalogue, web and motion. Renders had to match the physical enclosures, not the other way round.
Product photography, AI-assisted video production, editing and the full promotional asset pack.
Artwork, film output, proofing, colour judgement against the physical shell, sign-off and acceptance of the delivered part. This is the part of the chain that cannot be faked.
Built from zero, then rebuilt by an external vendor on an entirely different codebase, from my design. The design survived the handover without drifting. That is the point.
Channel selection, campaign plan, creative production and delivery, then read the numbers and adjusted.
Being clear about the boundary is worth more than a longer list.
Further case studies are being cleared for release. If you need to see a specific category — packaging structures, colour-managed press work, 3D product visualisation, editorial systems — say which one and I will send the relevant files directly.
