01 — Direct

Attach the artwork, the dieline, or the spec sheet straight to the first email. Large files are fine — if it bounces, I will send a transfer link.

02 — What to include

Four lines are enough to quote from. Five get you a better answer.

What it is. Carton, label, brochure, manual, product render — and the finished size if you know it.
How many and by when. Quantity and the date it has to be at the printer, not the date you would like it.
What you have. Native artwork, a PDF, a dieline from the converter, or nothing but a sketch.
What is going wrong. A file that fails preflight, a colour that came out wrong last time, a range that has grown past its layout.
Who prints it. If you have a converter already, name them — I will check the file against their spec rather than a generic one.

03 — What happens next

I reply

Within one working day. Either a question, a scope with a fee, or an honest "this is not my job" and a pointer to who does it.
